We value the time and needs of every client. Our staff’s time is valuable, just like yours. We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance via text message and/or e-mail because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you may have booked weeks or months ago. If you’re unable to cancel your appointment within that timeframe, the following fees will be incurred:
We do recognize that illnesses and last-minute changes happen – if you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, no fee will be charged. That same appointment can be rescheduled up to 2 times – after the 2nd reschedule, 50% of the services will be charged.
To respect the time of other clients and staff, we ask you to be on time for your appointment. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by replying to your reminder text message or calling us at (701) 751-6363.
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. If you’re going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call ahead to let us know. You may be required to rebook for another day. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) may be asked to reschedule the appointment or pay for the service if it can’t be provided within the amount of time that’s left.
