Dr. Jean Gustafson, MD

Medical Director

Dr. Gustafson, a board-certified family medicine physician, has long held a passion for aesthetics. With advanced training in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, she brings precision, expertise, and a personalized approach to every treatment.

Her extensive training includes neuromodulators, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma, bio-fillers, PDO threads for smoothing and lifting, Sculptra® (PLLA), Kybella (PC/DC), PEP Exosomes, and Pixel8-RF. Dr. Gustafson is committed to staying at the forefront of facial aesthetics, regularly attending advanced courses to ensure her clients receive the most innovative and effective treatments available.

Her goal is simple: to help each client look and feel their very best with natural, refined results delivered in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.

Tara Specht

Registered Nurse

Tara is a registered nurse with years of experience in dermatology and facial aesthetics. She has a true passion for skincare, laser treatments, and microneedling, and brings that enthusiasm into every appointment.

She takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to each treatment, focusing on what will work best for your skin. Tara is also well-versed in our skincare line and loves helping our clients find an effective regimen that will help you maintain your results long after you leave the treatment room.

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Moe is a registered nurse with a background in flight nursing and intensive care, bringing a high level of clinical skill into aesthetic medicine. After years of caring for patients in high-stress environments, she found aesthetics offered a different kind of impact—one rooted in confidence, self-recognition, and trust.

For Moe, aesthetic medicine is about helping people reconnect with what they see in the mirror, not changing who they are. Her approach centers on subtle enhancements that feel natural, balanced, and personal.

Moe has advanced training in injectable and laser-based treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, microchanneling, bio-fillers, laser services, and Sculptra® (PLLA). Samantha is a licensed massage therapist born and raised in Bismarck, ND. She graduated from Josef’s School of Massage and specializes in therapeutic, pain-relief massage.

Known for her thoughtful approach, Samantha goes the extra mile to create a truly relaxing experience. From warm eye masks to soothing foot scrubs, she believes the little details make a big difference. Whether you’re seeking traditional massage, hot stone therapy, or cupping, her goal is for every client to leave feeling relaxed, restored, and genuinely pampered.

Katlyn

Licensed Esthetician

Hi! I’m Katlyn — your go-to Esthetician here at Bare. Born and raised in Bismarck, ND (and forever a Bismarck girl at heart), I completed my esthetics training at TSPA in Fargo and proudly graduated in 2023. I’ve been living my esthi dream for the past two years and truly love every part of what I do.

Brows and dermaplaning have my whole heart. I’m extremely detail-oriented, so these services let my precision and perfectionism shine — because the little details make all the difference.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you can find me spending time with family, hosting game nights with friends, or traveling with my fiancé (future hubby coming September 2026!).

My goal is for every client to feel respected, safe, heard, relaxed, and fully pampered the moment they walk through my door. I’m beyond grateful for each and every client and can’t wait to welcome you into my service room soon.

Hi, I’m Miranda! I’m a licensed esthetician with 3.5 years of experience and a proud graduate of Salon Success Academy. Originally from Southern California, I moved to North Dakota a year ago with my fiancé and our two kids, and I’m loving all the adventures this area has to offer.

Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and shooting with my fiancé, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. I’m also lucky to work alongside my cousin here at Bare Medispa, which makes every day even more fun.

I’m passionate about helping women feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. Whether it’s through skincare treatments, relaxation, or a little pampering, my goal is to make every client feel cared for and empowered. I can’t wait to meet more of my future clients and help them look and feel their absolute best!
